Lesson 1 c.

1.  The visual dictionary has good pictures and you can get around without being able to read the words in another language.  You can click on a picture and then listen to it being read to you so for a younger child that cannot read they can just click on the pictures and then listen in their language and learn about the an animal.

2..  This could be useful to the Spanish class as they could listen to it being read and then follow along and learn to sight the words.  I am going to see if the Spanish teacher has ever used this method.  If I were trying to learn Spanish I would repeat one of the windows several times and try to learn the words this way.  If a student knew the basic words it could really help to expand their vocabulary.  There is a lot of potential here.  However, by changing the language in the English verson that is another option for more languages.
